How It Works

Usual Workflow

The user requesting equipment starts the process by selecting the requested equipment. The inventory manager reviews the request, delivers the equipment, and approves the transaction. Details of the transaction are emailed to both parties and recorded. The entire process continues securely without papers, files, and signatures.

Fault/Loss Status

In case of equipment failure or loss, the user creates a record related to the equipment. They can add descriptions to these records and generate fault codes to facilitate tracking. Equipment to be sent to the repairer can be reported collectively via email.

Repair Process

The user receives the equipment for repair via Zimmy and delivers it to the repair location. After the repair process, they enter the repair cost and notes, then retrieve the equipment from the repairer and deliver it to the relevant location.

Zimmy Analytics

Zimmy Analytics is designed to support your decision-making process by analyzing data generated from your activities in Zimmy. Through Zimmy Analytics, we provide instant reports on metrics like frequently used equipment, most rented equipment, repair costs of equipment, and other company-specific metrics tailored to your workflow.
